Next Generation of Great ITW Leaders

We’re focused on the next generation of Great ITW Leaders who will grow with us from early in their career and thrive in our entrepreneurial culture. Internships and educational cooperatives give students a breadth of real-world experience to help prepare them for long-term career success at ITW.

Internships

Our internship and co-op programs offer a breadth of real-world experience. As an ITW intern, you'll learn by doing, with challenging on-the-job opportunities, coaching and feedback to support your development. Our interns develop a strong network, gain exposure to our diverse businesses and develop their knowledge as they work side-by-side with experienced ITW leaders.
