Our Welding segment has begun implementing Safety Actions Teams within its divisions to foster a sense of personal responsibility and empower everyone to contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
The structure of each Safety Action Team is designed to promote ownership among all colleagues and to deliver safety and operational efficiencies. Each team is tasked with solving a unique challenge. For example, site-specific teams within the segment have been formed around the following priorities:
